What is PushMaxx?
PushMaxx is a camera-guided push-up training game for iPhone. Prop your phone. The camera counts clean form on your device. Then a program built around you, shared campaigns, and live last-one-standing duels keep you coming back.
- Type
- Push-up training game. Workouts with XP, ranks, and streaks. Not a gym log.

- Platforms
- iPhone on the App Store. Android coming soon.

- Privacy
- Solo workout frames stay on your phone. Live Battle video, if you turn it on, goes to your one opponent, not to us.
- Price

Who it is for
PushMaxx is built around real floor push-up sets. If you can hold a high plank and do at least 5 clean floor push-ups, this is the trainer. If you cannot do a floor push-up yet, build a base first and come back. That is when the camera and the program really shine.
It is a match if you want a push-up app that watches form, a progressive program instead of random sets, a short campaign ladder, or a live duel with a friend. It is not a full gym tracker, not physical therapy, and not a tap-to-count widget.
How it works
- Download PushMaxx on iPhone and finish a short camera calibration. That path is free.
- Prop the phone at a stable angle so your full body is in frame. Start in high plank.
- On-device pose tracking counts clean reps and holds. Combo stays alive when the set stays honest.
- Every session can pay XP, keep a training streak, and earn a session medal.
Four modes
- Training. The weekly program, scaled to your capacity and the days you commit to. Longer progressive workouts (often about 8 to 12 minutes at a 5-rep max, up to about 20 to 28 minutes at 60+ reps).
- Drill. A short one-off. No program slot. Often about 3 to 8 minutes.
- Campaign. Shared Easy, Medium, and Hard ladders of 25 levels. Often about 2.5 to 5 minutes.
- Battle. Live last-one-standing pyramid duel. Quick match or a friend room. Often about 2 to 6 minutes. Ends when the first player breaks.
Ranks and juice
Levels unlock rank medals: Wood, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond, Platinum, Royale. Session form has its own medals. Training streaks count program days only. A freeze can save a miss. Ten days unlocks an XP boost. Clean reps stack a combo. Break form and it drops.
Camera and privacy
Solo Training, Drill, and Campaign run pose tracking on your iPhone. Frames are not uploaded for solo training. We store game results you submit, not a video archive of the set.
Live Battle is the special case. Before a match you choose Video + skeleton or Skeleton only. Video is a low-res stream to your one opponent, peer to peer. PushMaxx does not record or store that video. Skeleton only is always there. Read the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Price
PushMaxx is free to download. Onboarding and calibration are free. Training, Drill, Campaign, Battle, leagues, history, and stats need PushMaxx Premium. There is a weekly plan and a yearly plan. The yearly plan includes a one-week free trial. Your App Store shows the local price.
